2012 Admission Information
Information for parents & pupils joining Brandeston Hall in September 2012
There are so many aspects to think about when starting a new school and it is hoped that the information on the school website will deal with most of your questions. The information on this page will hopefully deal with any practical questions you have in preparation for your child's start with us.
The booklet below contains information about Financial arrangements, Medical care, Music lessons, personal care and appearance (including clothing lists) and general details about day to day routines and guidelines.

In order to ensure that everything is in place for the start of term the following forms need to be returned by Monday 23rd July, 2012:
1. Medical Information Form - Parents of all students are to complete the medical form at the end of this section and return it in the before the start of term. Parents of UK boarders should also include the student's NHS Medical Card.
2. Insurance Requirements Form – please let us know which insurances you require so that we can invoice you correctly.
3. Music Request Form - if your child wishes to take lessons on a specific instrument please complete this form.

iPad Compatible - These forms can also be filled in via an iPad, however you will require the Adode Reader app, available free from the App Store, to do this. Use the apps print or email functions to return the form, details of which can be found on the form.
