Year 4 Overnight Camping Adventure
Despite the horrendous weather we have been subjected to recently, the rain held off for our Year 3 and Year 4 campers.

They had their first experience of camping at Brandeston, and we can safely say they had a magical night. We gathered wood, built a huge camp-fire, had a delicious barbecue, learnt camp-fire songs with Mr Rogers and were taught camp craft and survival skills by Sgt Major Witham. To top off this fabulous evening there was night-time nature walk. Followed by the thrill of sleeping under the stars; amongst the willow trees; with the sound of owls hooting and the river trickling past us.
Camping at Brandeston is always a fabulous experience, but this year it was really rather special. The children were a pleasure to camp with and at the breakfast the main question was, "When are we camping again?".
