County Cricket Champions

By: Carlos Reynell – Director of Sport, Brandeston Hall

Well done to the U11A Cricket team who were crowned ‘Suffolk County Champions’ yesterday.

In a fantastic final against the Abbey School, the boys were restricted to a score of 45 in their 12 overs and knew they would have to field and bowl very well to win. The Abbey batted very well, but fell just one run short making Brandeston Suffolk U11 Champions.

Brandeston Hall will now go onto represent Suffolk at the Regional Finals at Chigwell School next Wednesday. Well done to both teams for playing so well and for playing the match in such a good spirit.
