Rugby, Netball and Hockey Academies 2012
Our Annual Academies will return in August 2012
Tuesday 28th & Wednesday 29th - Netball or Rugby
Thursday 30th & Friday 31st - Hockey
9.30am - 3.30pm
Boys & Girls aged 8-14 - all welcome
We are pleased to welcome the following coaches:-
Hockey - Jerry Herod, Level 2 Hockey Association Coach
Jerry returns for a second year and has represented Suffolk, where he captained the U21 team, as well as playing for Bury St. Edmunds Hockey Club. Among his many coaching achievements he has taken the Ely HC Mens' 1st team to the top of the league and the BSE U19 Girls were crowned Suffolk League Winners 2001.
Rugby - Tim Reed, Level 3, RFU Eastern Counties Community Coach
Netball - Samantha Meade, Level 2, Bedfordshire County Coach
Sam played Netball at County and Regional level in Wales, and has coached all age ranges and abilities from H5’s, clubs and schools through to adults, along with players on the England excel pathway. She is a qualified tutor for the England Netball CPD coaching workshops and is also a Netball Development officer for Hertfordshire.
