Information For Parents & Pupils Joining September 2011
To download the joining information for entry in September 2011 please click on the relevant links to the left. It is hoped that this will provide you with all that you need to know in preparation for your child’s start with us in September.

In order to ensure that everything is in place for the start of term the following forms need to be returned to the Admissions Office as soon as possible:
- Medical Information Form (Page 23 of the joining information booklet) - Parents of all students are to complete the medical form at the end of this section and return it in the before the start of term. Parents of UK boarders should also include the student’s NHS Medical Card.
- Insurance Requirements Form (Page 17 of the joining information booklet) – please let us know which insurances you require so that we can invoice you correctly.
- Music Request Form (Page 41 of the joining information booklet) – if your child wishes to take lessons on a specific instrument please complete this form.
Please note that second hand uniform can no longer be purchased from Coes but is available via Patched Elephant www.schooluniform.co.uk
