Arrive at Framlingham at 11am – Team Meeting – followed by Brunch
We will all travel in jeans, navy polo and gilet (and rucksack)
13:00 – Leave in Mini-buses to Heathrow
Inflight - Arrive at London Heathrow Airport at 17:30 where you will meet a member of staff from Living With The Lions Sports Travel who will assist you with check in for your flights to Cape Town.
Depart London's Heathrow on a Virgin Atlantic flight departing at 20:30.

Arrive Johannesburg at 08:35.
Clear customs and immigration and then make your way to the domestic terminal for your 1Time flight to Cape Town. The 1Time flight departs Johannesburg at 12:45. Arrive in Cape Town at 14:55.
On arrival in to Cape Town you will be met by our local agent before transferring and checking in to the Hotel Graeme for 3 nights. A trip down to the V & A Waterfront for a walk then meet for dinner (Steak Night)

Morning - Today provision will be made for you to have a training session at local club grounds – you will have full use of the facilities for match preparation and conditioning.

After breakfast transfer to Nyanga for your first fixture of the tour.
MATCH 1: LAGUNYA RFC VS FRAMLINGHAM COLLEGE – KICK OFF: 9.00am
Enjoy an aftermatch function with your hosts before departing and transferring for your guided tour of Langa Township, including lunch. Langa is a suburb that was established in 1901. Similar to Khayelitsha, Langa is one of the many areas in South Africa that were designated for Black Africans before the apartheid era. Transfer back to the hotel. The evening is at your leisure

Afternoon - transfer to SACS High School - training session 15:30 – 17:00 on Memorial B Field - before you meet your hosts for 2 night’s billets.

Morning – Visit Table Mountain followed by Nando’s for lunch - Arrive back at the school in time for your match.
MATCH 2: SACS HIGH SCHOOL VS FRAMLINGHAM COLLEGE – KICK OFF: 16:00
Enjoy an after match function with your hosts before departing with them and their family to spend your second night with them.

Arrive at SACS High School this morning with your hosts and meet with your teachers and coach. Say goodbye to your new friends and transfer to the V&A Waterfront for your ferry trip to Robben Island.
The history of Robben Island goes back thousands of years and is best known as a place of banishment. The most famous prisoner who spent 19 of the total 27 years of his incarceration here was Nelson Mandella, South Africa’s previous State President. Board the ferry for your 3 ½ hour trip.
After the tour of Robben Island return to the V&A Waterfront and transfer to the Hotel Graeme for your last night in Cape Town.

Depart Cape Town today for the short journey to the Winelands region, most likely Paarl. On arrival meet with your hosts who you will stay with for the next two nights.

Travel to school today with your hosts and while they are in class you will have a Tour of the Facilities at the famous Stellenbosch University. Return to school in time for the match (details TBC).
MATCH 3: Paarl VS FRAMLINGHAM COLLEGE
Enjoy an after match function with your hosts before returning to their home for the evening.

Bid farewell to your hosts today before making your way along the Garden Route to Knysna. Your first stop is the Ostrich Farm and the Cango Caves in Oudtshoorn. You will have lunch at the Ostrich Farm and after lunch you will visit the Cango Caves. Afterwards continue along the Garden route to your destination for the next two evenings in Knysna.

MATCH 4 KNYSNA HIGH SCHOOL V FRAMLINGHAM COLLEGE KICK OF: TBC
Enjoy an aftermatch function with your hosts before transferring to Knysna waterfront for your cruise on the Knysna lagoon.
Late afternoon return to the Knysna River Club and relax and enjoy the hotel’s facilities.

After breakfast depart Knysna and continue your scenic journey along the Garden route to Port Elizabeth. Port Elizabeth is South Africa’s second oldest city and also the commercial capital of the Eastern Cape. On arrival meet your hosts with whom you will be staying for the next two nights.

Come to school with your hosts where you will transfer to the Snake Park and Oceanarium. Return to school with plenty of time to prepare for your fixture.

Enjoy an after match function before returning with your hosts for the evening.

Say goodbye to your hosts this morning and transfer to the Kariega Game Reserve for one night’s accommodation on a full board basis. (Drinks excluded). After you have settled in you will be taken out for an evening’s game drive.

Early morning game drive before breakfast. See if you can spot the Big 5 – elephant, buffalo, lion, Leopard and rhinoceros. A once in a lifetime experience. After breakfast transfer back into Port Elizabeth where you will check into the Garden Court Kings Beach for one night.
Final Team Awards and Presentation Evening at Spur Restaurant
Overnight: Garden Court Kings Beach

After breakfast check-out of the hotel and transfer to the airport in time for your South African Airways flight departure of 12:30. Arrive Johannesburg at 14:10.
Transfer to the international airport where you will have plenty of time to check-in for your Virgin Atlantic flight departure of 20:30.
