Boarding Principles
Two thirds of the school population are boarders at Framlingham College who enjoy comfortable and secure accommodation appropriate to age in each of our seven Houses. Boarding brings with it access to the wealth of facility and opportunity at the College throughout the day and into the evening and at weekends.

Under the careful guidance of a Housemaster or Housemistress and a team of House Tutors, each student is encouraged to make the very most of all that is associated with being a boarder in terms of their academic, recreational and personal development. There are different types of boarding arrangement available at the College; full boarding, weekly boarding and flexi-boarding designed to meet a variety of different family needs and wishes.
The boarding experience at Framlingham aims to develop the academic cultural and physical talents of each individual within a community which places the highest possible value on mutual respect and tolerance.
