Boys’ Tennis: Aegon National Championship

Friday 28 Apr 2017

Framlingham College’s Tennis 1st IV faced Culford School in a Aegon National Championship second round match. Against significantly higher rated opponents, Walker, Meyer, Simpson and Mermagen all gave of their best with some fine doubles play and intelligent shot-making on show. Despite this, Culford won and progress to the next round. Well done to all involved!

Culford were highly appreciative and complimentary of our hospitality and the Victoria Sponge in particular; they are not the first opposition to praise our catering with The Perse School’s sausage rolls our only competition on the circuit!
